Our contract with you, the customer

All orders by you, the customer, for supply of goods are subject to these terms and conditions unless varied in writing and signed by both parties. Once an order has been placed your order is considered firm and there will be a contract between us.  The contract will end upon satisfactory receipt of goods.

Payment

The price for our cakes is payable as follows:

• Bespoke cakes under £100: in full at time of order
• Bespoke cakes over £100:

1. 50% of the total cost (including delivery charge) upon your acceptance of our price
2. The balance of the total cost is payable 14 days prior to delivery
3. If an order is placed within 30 days of the event the total cost is payable at the time the order is taken

1. Order processing and payment.

1.1 Please Whatsapp /messenger us if you want to order or make an enquiry. A minimum 5 working days is required for all orders. We will charge an additional cost of 20% for orders less than 4 days and 40% for less than 2 days.

1.2 We accept orders on a first-come-first-served basis.

1.3 Payment can only be made by bank transfer.

1.4 Please inform us your allergies and dietary requirements when you order.

1.5 Please tell us your special requirements about the cakes. We would be happy to discuss with you and try our best to meet your expectation.

 

2. Change or cancel the order.

2.1 Refunds is not applicable under any circumstances except technical failure, or situations where you clearly did not receive what you have ordered.

2.2 If you want to change your order(e.g: date, design etc.), please inform us at least 5 days before your booking, we can arrange for you.

2.2 Cancellations are accepted until 5 days prior to scheduled booking date. No refunds will be provided but we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 3 months from that date.

2.3 You will be required to pay the full amount if the order is cancelled with less than 5 days notice and we can't offer any other arrangement.

 

3. Delivery/collect

3.1 Cake collection from our premises (NR3) is free of charge and would be very much appreciated.

3.2 We can offer delivery service to Norwich areas(only within 20 mins driving radius from our premises to make sure our cakes remain fresh), the delivery charge and schedule are subject to discussion.

3.3 We cannot be responsible for any damage to the cake once it has been collected or delivered.

 

4. Food allergies

Unless specified, otherwise cakes may contain NUTS, MILK, EGGSWHEAT, SOYA, GLUTEN, SEASAME SEEDS Food allergy information is available on the menu and the packaging box. We cannot be responsible for any incidents involving personal food allergies.
